How to say it - /iː/ and /ɪ/ sounds

/iː/ sound
/iː/ is a long sound. The ː at the end shows that it is long. An example word with this sound is 'eat'.
When you say this word, your tongue moves up and forward and your lips stretch wide. See below for an animation of how your mouth and lips should move to make this sound.
/iː/ and /ɪ/ sounds
When you say /ɪ/ sound, your tongue moves up and forward and your lips stretch quite wide, but not as far as in /iː/.
