LIU Qihong, Leo is an Engineering student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University studying Internet and Multimedia Technologies as well as Enterprise Computing. He enjoys travel, experiencing cultural diversity, and making friends around the world. From Chongqing, China, he is planning a career in the area of information management for business and enterprise.

REFLECTION

This proposal was an assignment of the course ELC-3521 Professional Communication in English, which focuses on how to plan, organize, produce, and deliver a professional engineering project proposal. Knowledge that I learnt in both my major and minor studies, such as the concepts of database systems and management information systems, was applied to the proposal. This writing experience has promoted my interest in further exploration of how information technologies can support efficiency and excellence in business.
