Submission Guidelines

I. Student Checklist

• Inscribe accepts course assignments and independent work created by undergraduates of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
• Eligible Genres: short stories, opinion/feature articles, poetry, digital artwork, short-form videos, and graphic short stories.
• Applicants must be officially enrolled as undergraduate students at PolyU at the time of submission.
• Work must be original and not previously published.
• Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, but please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.

II. How to Submit

• Format your files:
  • Text-based submissions: Send as MS Word attachments.
  • Digital artwork: Send as PNG files.
  • Video submissions: Send as shared links (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive).
• Send your email: Please email your submission to elc.inscribe@polyu.edu.hk. In the body of your email, please include:
  • Your full name and Student ID.
  • Your contact email address.
  • The PolyU course for which the work was created (if applicable).
