Mr C. K. Wan Lock Tao Secondary School
C.K. Wan is the Director of School Development at Lock Tao Secondary School. He is also a Member of the Faculty of Education's School-University Partnership Management Committee at the Hong Kong University and a Member of the Education Bureau's Steering Committee on Study of Extended Learning Activities Conducted in English in Chinese Medium Schools in Hong Kong.

Dr Arthur McNeill The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology
Arthur McNeill is Director of the Language Centre at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has served as Director of several university English language centres, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Universities of Surrey, Sussex and Dundee in UK. His academic interests include second language vocabulary and teacher language awareness. He was
principal investigator of a recently completed project to develop an English vocabulary curriculum for Hong Kong schools.

Prof Joseph Chaney The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Professor Joseph Chaney is currently a Fulbright Scholar in the Office of University General Education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a former chair of the Department of English at Indiana University South Bend, where he also served as the Director of General Education from 2005-2009. He has taught academic writing for 20 years.

Prof Paul Handstedt The Hong Kong Institute of Education
Professor Paul Hanstedt is the Fulbright Scholar in General Education at Hong Kong IEd. His teaching and writing focus on writing practices, and his current work involves collaborations with professors from psychology, biology, and mathematics. He has taught writing of various kinds for more than two decades.

Dr Jane Lockwood The Hong Kong Institute of Education
Dr. Jane Lockwood is currently Director of the Centre for Language in Education at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. She is responsible for the overall educational strategic direction of the CLE and has a particular research interest in EAP/ESP curriculum development and language assessment practices in tertiary and workplace settings.
