1. Author: -> e.g. OpenAI
       Google
2. Title of the software (Capital letter for the first letter of the first word. If there is a sub-title, use a capital letter for the first letter of the first word.): e.g. ChatGPT
      Bard
3. Year: e.g.
4. Citation date (The year, the first 3 letters of the month, and then the date) e.g.
5. URL: (Help)   e.g. https://chat.openai.com/chat
