| How to use it: | |
| 1. | Type your title or topic in the centre box. |
| 2. | Type your main topics in the boxes near the centre. |
| 3. | Type your sub-topics in the outer boxes. |
| 4. | Give each sub-topic a mark for importance: 5 is very important, 1 is not very important, and 0 is not important and will be ignored. |
| 5. | The computer will automatically calculate the total marks for each main topic and make a list of the topics and sub-topics in order of importance in the box below. |
