Dear Student
Complaint about Overcrowding
I am writing to complain about the number of people from your student society using our holiday flat on
A neighbour complained that there were fifty people using the flat, which exceeds the licensed capacity of the flat and breaches the fire regulations.
We have received a warning letter from the relevant government department about this case. We need to reply to them showing that we have taken action to prevent further occurrences.
Please reply to this letter, describing the reason for the overcrowding and undertaking not to exceed the capacity of our accommodation in future.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
Bill Jones
