Note 1: Students will be required to present their student cards stating their full time status at the registration counter for verification purposes. If no proof can be provided, they must pay the difference in order to receive the conference voucher.

Note 2: Online registration closes on 6 May 2019 but drop in registration may be available on the event day. To be confirmed later depending on availability.

You can deposit the Writing Roundtable Registration fees into the following bank account. Please keep a screen capture of the transaction completed with the transaction reference number and send it to the Writing Roundtable email at writingroundtable@elc.polyu.edu.hk.

Participants can use any method: ATM machine, eBanking, FPS (Faster Payment System) to arrange their transfer.
