Accommodation

Special rates have been obtained for ILAC 2009 participants at a number of hotels that are within walking distance, or reasonable travelling time by public transport, to the conference venue, i.e. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).

To make a reservation, please download the reservation form, fill it in and return via email or fax directly to the hotel that you have selected. Details of offer and contact information for each hotel can be found on the reservation form. Rooms are offered by hotels on a first-come first-served basis. The special rates are valid up to 1 May 2009 for most of the hotels.
