Memo Headings
Aim:
This exercise will help you to practise making the organisation of memos
clear and reader-friendly.
Guidelines:
There are 2 types of headings you can use in a memo:
- The names of sections; e.g. Introduction, Background, Conclusion, Recommendations
- A summary of the contents of the paragraph; e.g. Problem, Solution, Advantages, Disadvantages, Cost
Instructions:
Read the memo below and fill in the
