Generational differences in the workplace can cause unsolvable problems - Problem: Attitudes towards work (young employees and the senior employees), they have different attitudes in doing the job

- Problem: The different Value System and experience will cause the conflicts between young and old.
- Solution: Because of the difference, so manager should let the different people to do different things. Work specialization and work shifting.
- Problem: Young employees are usually more aggressive while senior employees are usually more conservative.
- Problem: Training styles and training needs (Generations have different preferred learning styles)
- Problem: Loyalty towards the employer (lack of loyalty may occur in the group of young/new employees)
