Workshops
Ssubmit a 100-word abstract and a 50 word bio. Please indicate whether you are interested in moderating a roundtable discussion based on the issues raised during the workshop.
Roundtable discussions
Standalone roundtable discussion proposals are invited. Please submit a 100-word abstract that includes 3-5 questions and a 50 word bio.
Submitting abstracts
Abstracts of workshops and roundtable discussions should be submitted via the online submission process which will require presenters to register for a Roundtable Presenter account. All abstracts should be submitted no later than 2 May 2014.
Selection Process
All those submitting abstracts will be informed by 7 May 2014 whether their abstracts have been accepted.
Equipment
Laptop computers will be available in every room, and audio and/or video equipment can also be arranged if it is requested on the proposal form. Equipment requests should be confirmed when presenters register for the conference (Presenters' deadline for registration: 16 May 2014).
Key Dates
- Closing date for receipt of abstracts is 2 May 2014.
- Presenters will be informed whether their proposal has been accepted by 7 May 2014.
- All presenters must register and pay for the conference by 16 May 2014.
- Abstracts submitted by participants who have not registered by 16 May 2014 will be removed from the programme.
