The digital divide is something developed countries should be concerned about. - because: In the developing country, the computer is most important for all the people (mainly the child) that they can learn more knowledge and communicate the world.
 - Problem: Computers are increasingly necessary in education but poorer children do not have access to this technology.
 - because: The developed countries should be take more support such as finance, materials and equipment that to assist the poorer children to use the computer to learn.
 - because: Most people spend much money to chase the new model of digital product, like iphone 4S. They should donated the old model product to the poorer children.
- because: The developed countries should be need more support such as the finance, material and equipment that to assist the pooer children to have and use the computer.
- Cause: Children in poor countries cannot even get clear water, nutritious food and educated.They cannot even think about having a computer.
- Solution: Organisations such as OLPC are trying to alleviate the problem.
 - but: Need more support for the OLPC that more poorer children can use the computer
 - but: Money should be put into more important problems like health in poor countries.
 - but: Hold up more organize charitable activities that can use these money to improve the health, living and transportation problems
 - but: health education can be provided by computers (Lieberman (1992) )
 - Solution: Through the computer, the health education can be provided even through the living standards and society can also improve.
