To find out more about ways to improve your English independently, sign up for this workshop.
Places are limited (Max. 10).

This workshop aims to help you to acquire a number of self-learning techniques to improve your English language skills. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to apply the skills learned to your studies and work.
All PolyU students are welcome!

Structure of workshop:

2 sessions, of 2 hours each.

• The first hour will introduce the concept of independent language learning, followed by an analysis of participants¡¦ language learning needs.
• The second hour will be spent on self-learning strategies in speaking, writing, listening, reading, grammar & vocabulary.
• Participants are expected to attend both sessions.

Registration:

• Sign-up sheets are available from the CILL counter (A 305).
• Please fill in a needs analysis form when you register.
• You will receive a confirmation email before the workshop.
