Inverted - opposite of Box with no folds visible from outside. Kick - small pleat at lower edge of skirt. Knife - single fold of fabric used as a pleat. | |

Types: Bellow/ Safari/ Cargo - patch pocket with centre box pleat which expands when used. Bound/ Slot/ Slash/ Slit - Pocket inside garment with finished edges forming a slit opening. Envelope - patch pocket with side pleats for expansion. Flap - inner pocket with flap to cover opening. Inseam - pocket sewn to side seam with nearly invisible opening Kangaroo - very large patch pocket in cetre of garment, often used to keep hands warm. Key - small patch pocket normally sewn near waistband for keys or coins. Patch - pocket sewn to outside of garment and totally visible. | |
